• If your boat is Spanish flag and you have it registered in the 7th list, you must change it to the 6th
• If your ship is of foreign (European) flag, it must have the category of COMMERCIAL
• You must check in detail the tax situation of the boat
• You must sign up for the economic activity for boat rental
Once the activity is launched, you would be entitled to deduct VAT from all operations, refueling, work, purchase of materials, etc., that have been made on the occasion of the rental. As a counterpart to this, you must make your periodic tax presentations before the Tax Agency.
