
PHASE 0:
It will not be possible to sail for leisure, unless it is done sports and individually, as a physical activity. Therefore, it will only be possible to sail in sailing boats and as a sport. It should be borne in mind that whoever carries out this activity must reside in the same municipality where the boat is located and navigation is also subject to geographical limitations. From this phase 0, it will also be possible for owners to visit their boats for safety and maintenance checks, provided that the boat is located in the same municipality where the owner resides. Only one person can access the boat to carry out these activities and the procedures and protocols established by the marinas will be respected at all times.
PHASE I:
Recreational navigation can already be developed as an active tourism and is already allowed by limited groups. From this phase, nautical charter contracts may be signed. In any case, the personal limitations established for this phase must be respected and measures of disinfection and reinforcement of health and hygiene standards must be adopted in the vessels. Geographical limitations also apply in the waters of the province or island where navigation is practiced. .
PHASE II:
The practice of recreational and sports navigation is admitted for larger groups of people, without the limitation of residing in the same municipality, but in the same province. Also here, navigation practices could be carried out to obtain recreational titles, which require the use of recreational boats, as a training activity. The owners of boats that were moored in a municipal area other than their residence, but in the same province, could already make visits to carry out safety and maintenance checks. As in the previous phase, navigation will also have geographical limitations without being able to make trips to waters in other provinces or islands.
PHASE III:
Nautical recreational activities will be authorized, with no other limitations than those of a geographical nature and the adoption of preventive sanitary measures.
